ok went for retreat since ytd night, and had frisbee training and STJ b4 tt, alot of things happened, so only blog today -.-

moar frisbee training, warm-up run 7 rounds around jc sch field ++ = win
went to high sch side field since softball was having training halfway during ours D:

then shaun had to get a hole in his shin [no really, he was jumping over the big drain to catch a practice throw when he smacked right down onto some rock and gt a nice hole in his left shin, winner la he]

marcus call in taxi and they sent him packing to clinic
nice 1 la, $72 for dressings and all....lucky shaun gt insurance thing or else super scam can?

played a few more games [with shaun watching frm the side, ha. did i mention he gets to pon napfa bcos his mc is for 1 mth? =O]
then did 4 sets of sprints [yay large improvement frm 1 set on wed XD]

STJ at united square, ate pepper lunch for the 1st time, quite nice le, though abit on the expensive side =/
they ran out of vermonsters =O [frisbee tradition]
in the end the j1 batch chomped down on 10 pints of icecream instead =p
oh wait, actually 9, we saved the last 1 for yuxin who came late XD

chionged home after tt bcos had to go for yf retreat
showered then ran out again

had supper [dinner for me lol], had dorm devotion, then sleeping time
lol most of the guys stayed up to finish work, run, nt feeling sleepy, etc.
i juz knocked out immediately bcos i so tired frm the day's activities =.=

lunch of fish and chips, then had another serving of chicken chop since i was so hungry =O
had workshop conducted my Bro Michael and Sis Ee Na on good behaviour
